This table contains data for the total volume of water discharged in various streams and basins of Taylor Valley. The data covers melt periods from 1991-92 through 1996-97. completed McMurdo Dry Valleys LTER http://mcmlter.org/ unknown The Taylor Valley Streamflow Volumes table was created by Harry House. It was first stored in an INGRES database, but was converted to ORACLE format in early 1996. Modifications were generally made each year after the initial creation in the early part of the year. It was transferred to INSTAAR in late 1997. In March, 2000, Denise Steigerwald added a 'dataset code' variable to this file in order to make the dataset more useful in Oracle and GIS.
