As an MS student, David Robinson worked with Dr. Byron Adams and Dr. Zachary Aanderud of BYU on responses of desert bacterial communities to water stresses. His project compares cold desert soils from Dry Valleys Antartica, Junggar Desert, China, and the Great Basin Desert, Utah. For his PhD, David is continuing his research with Dr. Tina Takacs-Vesbach at UNM.
