As part of the Long Term Ecological Research (LTER) project in the McMurdo Dry Valleys of Antarctica, a series of bodies of water (stream and lakes) have been monitored for dissolved organic compounds. Using fluorometers to detect the emission signatures of several organic compounds, we re-analize water samples acquired in the context of other MCM LTER monitoring programs.

Corresctions by Cory and Mcknight to improve original data (EEMs, plots and master list).Data contains date of scan, fluoromete index and component percentages, geotemporal information, dilution factor, etc.Data enterered into the database with aid of pre-parser perl script. Master list was transformed into two comma delimited files anchored by a common code column. Queries in the database point to a join view of all data available. Some further processing is expected.
